CHRISTOPHER MASON is a British-born writer, editor, and entertainer based in Manhattan. He is known for writing and performing witty musical toasts and roasts, in person and in videos; editing and writing books and articles; and hosting TV crime shows.
Christopher is the author of The Art of the Steal: Inside the Sotheby’s-Christies Auction House Scandal, about the price-fixing case that sent one of America’s richest men, Alfred Taubman, to prison and wrecked the brilliant career of Dede Brooks, formerly the most powerful woman in the art world.
A longtime journalist, Christopher has written extensively for the New York Times, AirMail, The World of Interiors, New York magazine, Town & Country, Departures, and Architectural Digest. He’s also the TV host of Behind Mansion Walls, the ID series about murder in fabulous houses.
