📙 Christopher worked extensively on Amanda Foreman’s critically acclaimed New York Times bestseller, A World on Fire: Britain’s Crucial Role in the American Civil War (Random House, 2011). For A World on Fire, he compiled and edited the book’s prodigious Endnotes, Footnotes, Bibliography, and Acknowledgements, which received the Library Journal’s inaugural award for Acknowledgements. 📙 Christopher edited the complex endnotes, footnotes, bibliography and text for Mac Griswold’s book, The Manor: Three Centuries at a Slave Plantation on Long Island (Farrar, Straus and Giroux, 2013). He also had the pleasure of editing Steven Gambrel: Perspective (Rizzoli, 2018). Christopher's editorial contributions were praised in the Acknowledgements.
